Welcome to the Support PCs web site. It doesn't matter if you're new to computers or an old hand looking for new tips and tricks, we've got something for you. Support PCs is all about giving you practical, useful information that will help you get more from the PC you own, where possible without spending any extra money. It's packed with useful information aimed at all levels of user, and will help you fix large (and small) problems, improve your PC's performance and generally making using your computer that little bit easier.

All of the information on this site is written by Joe Cassels and Nick Peers, experienced PC journalists with over 20 years writing experience between them. Much of the site content has been previously published in print and online magazines worldwide, including Microsoft's official Windows XP and Windows Vista magazines, PC Answers, Computeractive and more.

Everything is completely free for you to browse and use. The site is broadly split into four sections: features, tutorials, tips and Q&A. At the moment we're busily transferring content from the old site to this one, and uploading new and exclusive material too. Keep up to date with what's going on by reading our Blog.
